Drs. Eve and Steven Hinton, Apostles for the Kingdom of Heaven
Council on Leadership Foundation
Dr. Steven Hinton founded the Council on Leadership in 2010 and serves as Executive Director. The organization’s purpose is clear: Empower people to make their greatest contribution. Under Steven’s guidance, the Council has developed innovative training approaches that eliminate apathy and create deeply committed teams.
Steven brings over 25 years of leadership development expertise to his work. His professional journey began at Cal Poly, where engineering studies sparked his passion for business excellence and social responsibility. After college, he moved directly into executive management while pursuing spiritual growth through Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute, later serving six years as youth pastor and assistant pastor.
Steve has his doctorate in Leadership and Business Development and has entrepreneurial experience that spans several disciplines. He has a prophetic strategist anointing on how we assemble thoughts and ideas and has created systems of transformation, systems of multiplication, and systems of wisdom. Steve gained unique insights into personal and organizational dynamics that form his distinctive approach to leadership development. If you are willing to apply these tools, they can make a difference in your life and your communities.
Dr. Eve Hinton serves as a Director of the Council on Leadership. A Vassar College graduate, Eve’s career encompasses commercial editing, landscape architecture, paralegal work, and 25 years as a bilingual elementary school teacher. As a Board Trustee for San Luis Coastal Unified School District, she played a key role in protecting students’ education and parents’ rights during challenging periods.
What truly sets the Hintons apart is their remarkable ability to help individuals discover their untapped potential. Their leadership philosophy demonstrates that organizational success and human dignity are complementary forces—profitable businesses and effective governing bodies must maintain unwavering respect for their teams.
