I’ve been to many leadership trainings but none quite like this. Through a system of  learning exercises we discovered the way our thoughts shape our experiences – how our unconscious beliefs affect our decisions and our lives. Very thought-provoking approach to employee engagement!

We signed up for and expected a course in “Engagement”. What we left with were some specific tools to understand and motivate our staff.  As productivity and retention issues surface and we apply the skills we learned and we become a more stable and profitable business – and a fun place to work.

After this one-day of leadership development training, the staff runs smoother and is more of a unit than I have ever seen in the past 16 years. And we are back on time with our projects.  I would highly recommend it to any organization that wants to move forward and be a positive force for the future.
